1. Who can join. Only creators we invited, with the TikTok handle we contacted. The campaign is limited to 100 creators; once full, sign-up closes.
2. The video. One short video per creator about the TikFinity update: TikFinity runs more stable, and with Reecorder you can record your LIVEs and create clips. Please mention Reecorder. If you don't speak English in the video, add English subtitles. Your own style, no unrelated or misleading content.
3. Posting. Post the video on your TikTok channel within the posting window (end of October to mid-November, exact dates follow) and paste the link in your dashboard. Keep it online for at least 30 days and mark it as a paid partnership / ad as required by TikTok and the law in your country.
4. Review. We review the posted video. We may ask for changes or decline a video with a reason; you can then post a new version and submit the new link.
5. Payment. €250 flat per creator, VAT included. Paid after we approved your posted video and you sent a correct invoice with all required details, by bank transfer within 2-3 weeks after STV Live has received the invoice. You are responsible for your own taxes.
6. Invoice. The invoice goes to STV Live GmbH, Saarbrücker Straße 8, 66839 Schmelz, Germany. You can create it in your dashboard or upload your own PDF. Invoices with missing or wrong details can't be paid until corrected.
7. Usage rights. You allow us to share, link and repost your posted video with credit on TikFinity and Reecorder channels for 12 months. Paid ads with your video need a separate agreement.
8. Other. We may end the campaign early or change dates; approved videos are still paid. German law applies.

Who is responsible: STV Live GmbH, Saarbrücker Straße 8, 66839 Schmelz, Germany. Contact for privacy questions: [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].

What we store: your TikTok handle, name, email, country, video language, the link to your TikTok video, your invoice details (name or company, address, tax number and VAT ID if you have them, bank details) and your invoice.

Why: to run the campaign with you, review your video, pay you and keep the invoices we are legally required to keep (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Who processes it for us: Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Google (our campaign spreadsheet) and our email provider for your dashboard link. Some of them are based in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long: videos and personal data are deleted 12 months after the campaign ends. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as German tax and commercial law requires.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can complain to a data protection authority. Just write to us.
